1. General Information

Ro Beauty is a beauty salon located at 2 Picture House Buildings, Mill Lane, Billingham TS23 1HE. Our website provides information about our services, pricing, appointment booking, and promotions. By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Appointments & Bookings

You can book appointments via our website, by email or DM, or in person.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled services.
All services require a deposit at point of booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation the booking fee is non refundable or transferable.
3. Patch/Ink tests
Some treatments require a mandatory, free of charge, patch/ink test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This is essential for your safety and to comply with industry standards.
Treatments that typically require patch/ink tests include (but are not limited to): tinting, lash lifts, tattoos, SPMU and certain skincare services.
It is the client's responsibility to book and attend a patch/ink test in advance.
If a patch test is not completed in the required timeframe, the treatment will be declined, and any deposit paid will be forfeited.
Patch tests are valid for 12 months unless there are changes to your health, medication, or allergies.
4. Age Restrictions & ID Requirements
In line with legal requirements and salon policy:
Ro Beauty does not provide any tattooing or semi-permanent makeup (SMPU) treatments to clients under the age of 18, regardless of parental consent.
All clients booking these services will be required to show valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driving licence, citizen card) before treatment.
Failure to provide appropriate identification will result in the treatment being refused and the deposit lost.
Ro Beauty does not provide any treatment requiring a patch test (Brows/Lashes) to clients under the age of 16.
For clients aged 16-18 years parental consent is required for all treatments (excluding Tattooing & SPMU which are 18 years plus only). Please ensure a parent or guardian is available to attend your appointment with you before booking. Failure to have a parent/guardian present will result in treatment being refused and deposit lost.
These measures are in place for your protection and to ensure we deliver services responsibly and lawfully.

5. Special Packages & Event Bookings

We offer tailored packages for:

Weddings
Hen Parties
Birthdays
Group Bookings / Pamper days

Booking Terms:

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your special event package.
Final numbers and remaining balance must be confirmed and paid 24 hours prior to the event.
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled within 24 hours of booking.

6. Loyalty Programme

We reward our loyal clients through our exclusive loyalty program.

How It Works:

Earn stamps for every 5 full price treatments accrued.
Stamps can be redeemed for discounts or free treatments.
Loyalty stamps are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Ro Beauty reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may not be combined unless stated.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

8. Payments

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and secure online payments.
Service prices are subject to change at our discretion.
Gift cards and vouchers must be presented/input at the time of payment.

9. Client Conduct

We aim to create a relaxing and respectful environment for all. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, abusive, or behaves inappropriately.

10. Health & Safety

Please notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to your appointment by completing the booking form linked to your treatment.
We follow strict hygiene and sanitation practices for your safety and comfort.
Ro Beauty reserve thew right to decline treatments if there is any risk to Healthy & Safety.

11. Website Use

All content provided on our site is for general information and may be subject to change.
You agree not to misuse our website or its contents in any unlawful or unauthorised manner.

12. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and images on this site are the property of Ro Beauty and may not be used without written consent.

13. Privacy Policy

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services and website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
