Refund Policy

At Ro Beauty, we take pride in delivering high-quality services and products. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Services

We do not offer refunds on services already provided. If you are unhappy with the result, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as an adjustment or correction service.

• Corrections must be carried out within 7 days of the original appointment.

• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of management.

2. Deposits

• Deposits are non-refundable, including missed appointments or cancellations made outside the required notice period (usually 24 hours, as per our booking terms).

• If you cancel within the required time frame, we may offer to transfer your deposit to a future booking.

3. Patch/Ink Test Policy

If a treatment requires a patch/ink test and you fail to attend it at least 48 hours in advance, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.

4. Products

• We do not offer refunds on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.

• If a product is faulty or damaged, please return it within 7 days of purchase, and we will offer an exchange or refund where appropriate.

5. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or arrive too late for the treatment to be carried out will loose their deposit.

• Repeat no-shows may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments.

6. Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings for clients who breach our salon policies, negate crucial medical information upon booking, breach the health & safety of themselves or staff, refuse to provide ID, act inappropriately, or behave disrespectfully toward staff.
