Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in loss of any deposit paid as these are none refundable or transferable once in the 24 hour window. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for beauty treatments, tiny tattoos, SPMU, or permanent jewellery. However, if you're unhappy with your service, we’re happy to provide reasonable corrections where possible. For permanent jewellery, re-welds are free within the first 4 weeks of your appointment. After this period, a fee will apply.
